About Goodearth Foundation
Goodearth Foundation was established by the Eicher Group in 1979 with a singular, non-commercial mission: to provide holistic education to boys and girls by creating institutions of excellence in teaching and learning. These schools are built on a foundation of honesty, integrity, character development, and physical growth. To support this vision, the Foundation has consistently invested in modern infrastructure and state-of-the-art facilities that evolve to meet the changing educational landscape.
The Foundation’s website serves not only the current stakeholders, parents, teachers, and students, but also the wider public interested in progressive and value-based education for children.
Our Schools:
Under the aegis of Goodearth Foundation, we have three senior secondary schools and one playschool cum day-care:
- Alwar Public School, Rajasthan – established in 1978
- Eicher School, Parwanoo, Himachal Pradesh – established in 1993
- Eicher School, Faridabad, Haryana – established in 1994
- Kidz Republic, a playschool cum day-care in Faridabad – started in November 2017.
The first school:
Alwar Public School was founded in 1978 by Eicher Tractors Pvt. Ltd. under the starting with a primary school housed in a rented premises at Moti Dungri, Alwar. In 1980, the school moved to Nangli Circle with primary sections, marking the beginning of a period of significant growth and development.
On 23rd November 1983, the foundation stone of the school’s new campus was laid by Air Marshal O. P. Mehra, PVSM (Retd.), then Governor of Rajasthan. Since then, Alwar Public School has gone from strength to strength. Today, it proudly forms an integral part of the Goodearth Foundation. The visionary decision by the Eicher management to invest in education has proved to be a lasting contribution to the city of Alwar.
