My Journey in APS
My journey in Alwar Public School has been truly remarkable and deeply fulfilling. Over the years, I have not only grown as an educator but also as an individual, walking hand in hand with the school in its progress. I began my association with APS as a PGT, teaching Business Studies to classes XI and XII. Those early years gave me the opportunity to connect closely with my students and understand the ethos of the school. With time, the management reposed their faith in me and entrusted me with the role of Coordinator. This responsibility enabled me to widen my perspective, work more closely with teachers and contribute towards strengthening academics as well as overall school functioning. Later, I was honoured with the responsibility of leading the school as Principal. Today, it has been 4 years since I stepped into this role and 18 years overall of being a part of APS. When one sees oneself growing alongside the school, the journey becomes all the more meaningful. Since I have been associated with the institution inside and out, at every level, it was never difficult for me to understand its functioning, culture and values. What makes this journey so special is the constant support of the management, who have always encouraged me to move forward with confidence. Every day is a new learning experience; no matter how much we achieve, there is always something more to discover, refine and implement. This continuous process of learning has been the essence of my association with APS. For me, APS is not just a workplace — it is like a family. My colleagues, students and parents form an integral part of my life, and together we share a bond that goes beyond academics. The school has become my second home, where every success, every challenge and every milestone feels personal. Looking back, I feel a deep sense of gratitude and pride. And looking ahead, I am excited for the opportunities to keep growing, to keep learning and to keep contributing to the vision and mission of APS.
